Cancellation policy
More than 30 days prior to arrival, no penalty charges will be applied.
From 29 to 15 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 50% of the stay reserved.
From 14 days to the arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 100% of the stay reserved.
Any “no-shows” (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the day of arrival) shall be invoiced on the basis of 100% of the stay.
